There are many really amazing DEI consultants I follow on LinkedIn. They are constantly sharing their knowledge and strategies through their posts, articles, and webinars/forums. They should be who companies reach out (i.e. pay for services) to for more than a "unconscious" bias training or workshop. The form of change required for the company scenario you referenced isn't easy, pretty, or without discomfort. It would behoove those companies finding themselves in that scenario to accept that first before they possibly waste the time of DEI consultants.
